How to Track Your Order
- Locate Your Tracking Information: Shortly after your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email sent to the email address used during checkout. This email will contain your unique tracking number and a direct link to the carrier's tracking page.
- Use the Tracking Number: You can copy the provided tracking number and use it on the carrier's official website or on a universal tracking platform (see below).
- Check Order Status on Our Site: You can also find your tracking number and latest status by visiting the order confirmation link provided in your initial order confirmation email.
Using a Universal Package Tracker
For a consolidated view, especially for international shipments that may involve multiple carriers, we recommend using a trusted third-party tracking service. These platforms aggregate data from hundreds of postal and courier services worldwide.
We suggest using 17Track. It is a reliable and user-friendly website for tracking packages globally.
- How to use 17Track:
- Visit the 17Track website.
- Paste your tracking number into the main search field.
- Click "Track" to view detailed, real-time updates on your package's location and estimated delivery date.
Other reputable services include AfterShip and PackageRadar.
What Your Tracking Status Means
- Label Created / Shipment Info Received
- The carrier has been notified about your package, but it has not yet been scanned into their system.
- Picked Up / In Transit
- The package is with the carrier and is moving through their network.
- Out for Delivery
- Your package is on the delivery vehicle and will be delivered that day.
- Delivered
- The package has been delivered to the specified address.
