1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing and purchasing from the Stofdroom website ("the Site"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Customer," "you," "your") and Stofdroom ("we," "us," "our"). If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use or make purchases from our Site.

We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of the Site following any changes signifies your acceptance of the revised terms.

2. Products & Purchases

Stofdroom offers a curated selection of apparel including Skirts, Pants, Jeans, T-Shirts, Sweaters, and Knits. All products are subject to availability. We make every effort to display colors and designs of products as accurately as possible, but we cannot guarantee your screen's display will be perfectly accurate.

By placing an order, you represent that you are of legal age to form a binding contract. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including limitations on quantities, inaccuracies in product or pricing information, or suspected fraud.

All prices are listed in the currency specified on the Site and are subject to change. You are responsible for any applicable taxes and shipping costs, which will be detailed at checkout.

3. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Stofdroom, its directors, employees, or agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Site; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Site; (iii) any content obtained from the Site; and (iv) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence), or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these terms or your use of the Site shall not exceed the amount you paid to Stofdroom for the product(s) giving rise to the claim in the twelve (12) months prior to the claim.

4. Intellectual Property Protection

All content on this Site, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software, is the exclusive property of Stofdroom or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

The "Stofdroom" name and logo, and all related product and service names, design marks, and slogans are trademarks of Stofdroom. You are not permitted to use any of these marks without our prior written consent. You may not modify, copy, distribute, transmit, display, perform, reproduce, publish, license, create derivative works from, transfer, or sell any information, software, products, or services obtained from this Site.

5. Refund & Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, you may return eligible items within 30 days of the original shipment date for a refund to the original payment method. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition as received, with all original tags attached, and in its original packaging.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong or defective item shipped). Refunds will be processed within 10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Sale items and final clearance merchandise may be subject to different return conditions, which will be clearly indicated on the product page.
