At Stofdroom, we are committed to your complete satisfaction with every purchase of our Skirts, Pants, Jeans, T-Shirts, Sweaters, and Knits. If you are not entirely happy with your order, we are here to help.
Eligibility for Returns & Refunds
To be eligible for a return and refund, your item must meet the following conditions:
- The item must be in its original, unused, and unwashed condition.
- All original tags and labels must be attached.
- The item must be in its original packaging, if applicable.
- You must initiate the return request within 30 days of the delivery date.
Items that are damaged, altered, or show signs of wear cannot be accepted for a refund.
The Return Process
- Contact Us: To start a return, please email our support team at [email protected]. Include your order number and the reason for the return.
- Return Instructions: We will respond promptly with detailed return instructions and a Return Authorization (RA) number. Please do not ship the item back without this RA number.
- Ship the Item: Securely package the item and mail it to the address we provide. We recommend using a trackable shipping service. The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs, unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong or defective item).
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund.
- If your return is approved, your refund will be processed automatically to the original payment method.
- Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account after processing, depending on your bank or payment provider.
- Please note that the original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. To receive a different size or color, please initiate a return for the original item and place a new order for the desired item on our website.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with your order number and photos of the product and its packaging. We will arrange a prepaid return label and expedite a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
